Privacy notice
Version 1 · in force from 30 October 2026
This notice explains what happens to the details you send when you ask for a free sample, or when you email me.
Who is responsible
Pageseam is a service of Ashvale Trading LLC, a Wyoming company, run by one person, Guilherme. Address: 75 E 3rd St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Email: [email protected]. Ashvale Trading LLC decides how the details below are used.
What I collect
- From the free sample form: your name, your store's address and your email.
- If I write to your store first: your store's name and address, and the contact email it publishes.
- If you email me: your emails and what's in them.
This site has no analytics and no ad pixels, and it doesn't set tracking cookies.
Why I use it
- To make your free sample, send it to you and reply to you, because you asked for it.
- If I write to your store first: to offer my service, and to stop writing as soon as you ask.
- If you become a client, to do the work we agree and to keep the records the law requires.
I don't sell your details, I don't add you to a mailing list, and I don't use them for anything else. Under the UK and EU GDPR, the legal basis is my legitimate interest: replying to businesses that ask for a sample or write to me, and writing to businesses at the contact address they publish. For clients, it's also our contract and the records the law requires.
Who else handles it
- The service that receives the form: n8n, self-hosted on a Hetzner server in Germany.
- My email providers: Zoho Mail for [email protected], and Mailforge for the address I use to write to stores first.
- The website host, Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to serve and protect the site.
- The assistant I use to draft emails, Claude by Anthropic, which sees what's in our emails. I've switched off the setting that would let Anthropic train its models on my chats.
- To make the sample, the public photos and text from your product page go to the image and video tools I use, mainly Higgsfield. Your name and email don't. See points 9 and 10 of the terms.
Some of these providers are outside the UK, the EU and Switzerland, for example in the United States. For those transfers, I rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK and Swiss versions) where the provider is certified, and otherwise on the EU standard contractual clauses, with the UK and Swiss additions.
How long I keep it
Sample requests and our emails: 12 months after our last contact. If you become a client, invoices and records are kept for as long as the law requires. You can ask me to delete your details sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how I use them, by emailing [email protected]. If you're in the UK, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); in the EU, to your national data protection authority; in Switzerland, to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Changes
If I change this notice, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
