Yes. No card, no call and no obligation, one sample per store. The 3 ads are yours to keep and use, whether or not you buy anything.

For the sample, nothing beyond the form: we work from your public product page. For a paid order: the product link, your best photos (ones you have the right to use), the facts and claims about your product, your logo, colors and fonts, and access to your themes. You approve the final wording.

The free sample is usually ready within 3 business days. Paid work is delivered within 5 business days of having everything we need: the payment, your materials and the access. Send one list of changes within 7 days of delivery, and we rework them.

A full store build or redesign, sites outside Shopify, real photo or video shoots, apps, calls, running your ad accounts, and publishing anything live. Anything else can be quoted in writing.

Once you've paid, the final files are yours to use, edit and publish commercially, worldwide, with no time limit, including in paid ads. They aren't exclusive, though: the tools we use don't guarantee unique results, so we can't give exclusive rights or guarantee that the files are protected by copyright. If a file raises a rights problem, we replace it at no cost. Points 7 and 8 of the terms have the details.

We don't promise sales, conversion rates or return on ad spend, and nobody honestly can. What we do is make the ad and the page tell the same story, so a click doesn't land somewhere that feels like a different shop. Your product, price, offer and ad budget still decide the rest.

Paid in advance, in US dollars, by bank transfer. Any tax shows on the invoice. No automatic billing: monthly plans have no minimum term. Each month is paid when you choose to go on.

The first 5 clients pay the prices on the pricing page, and keep them on a monthly plan for as long as they stay on it. Founding places taken: 0 of 5.

Only your themes. We build in an unpublished copy of your theme and never touch the live one, and we never ask for access to payments, checkout, orders or customer data. You can remove our access at any time.

We use them only for your work and keep them private, and we don't show your work publicly without your written agreement. Some of the outside providers we use to make the files may keep and use what's uploaded to them, as point 10 of the terms explains, so please don't send anything that must stay secret, such as an unlaunched product.

Each delivery includes one round of revisions: send one list of changes within 7 days and we rework them. If the delivery doesn't match the written scope and we can't fix it, you get a full refund. You also get a full refund if you cancel before we start, or if we're more than 3 business days late and you no longer want the work.

Yes, at any time, by email. Monthly plans have no minimum term. Each month is paid when you choose to go on, and the plan ends with the paid month: you still get that month's work.
